Bakehouse Shops and Apartment

The brief was to redevelop a derelict and redundant area of stores and workshops close to the commercial centre of Penzance. The new development includes shops and apartments which have succeeded in extending the trading centre into an area previously considered a backstreet. The building form is traditional and the vernacular adopts a warehouse styled building consistent and comfortable in its surroundings.
