Council of Mortgage Lenders Certificates

In certain circumstances where a new build housing project does not have a warranty provider i.e.; self-build projects etc. The Design Team can provide inspections and issue certificates acceptable to the 'Council of mortgage Lenders' this provides an indemnity which enables clients or subsequent owners to mortgage the property.
